The British Way: Enemy of My Enemy – Prequels & Variants Expansion

Enemy of My Enemy is a feature-packed expansion for The British Way. It introduces two entirely new prequel conflicts that reuse the base game's maps and wooden components while introducing distinct mechanical frameworks, unique Faction Personas, and Pre-War Option Tables.

Two Complete New Games

  • Japanese Occupation: Forces the British and the Malayan Communist Party (MCP) to collaborate against the Japanese occupation of Malaya during WWII.
  • Arab Revolt (1936-1939): Covers the brutal suppression preceding the Jewish insurgency in Palestine, showcasing how British efforts inadvertently trained local armed groups.

Enhanced Mechanics for All Original Conflicts

Both new games can be linked to their companion modules to feed into an expanded "End of Empire" Campaign Scenario. Additionally, this expansion injects new life into the four original campaigns with rules for the Lehi in Palestine, SAS and Jungle Bases in Malaya, Detention and Leaders in Kenya, and Turkish insurgents (TMT/Volkan) in Cyprus.

Components List:

  • Two 35-card Game Event Decks & 26 Variant Cards.
  • 6 custom Wooden Pieces & 1 Countersheet.
  • 10 Double-sided Player Aids (including updates for "Advanced Cyprus").
  • 2 Rules/Background Booklets & 1 Campaign/Variants Booklet.
Note: NOT A STANDALONE GAME. A copy of The British Way is required to play. Compatible with all printings.
