In Hostage Negotiator: Career, the time has come to prove yourself in the field. Fresh out of the academy, you begin your career in crisis management and profiling. The next 10 years of service will lead you through a series of interconnected scenarios culminating in the finale of an unforgettable, tense, and deeply immersive narrative campaign.

An Evolving and Replayable Campaign

This expansion offers a brand-new way to experience Hostage Negotiator. No longer are you dealing with isolated incidents: your performance from one crisis to the next directly impacts the trajectory of your career. Thanks to branching choices and random events, experience a campaign that is replayable and unique every time.

Gameplay Mechanics and Negotiation

Alone against the threat, you must maintain absolute composure to steer the conversation:

  • Hand Management: On your turn, strategically choose which conversation or tactical cards to play from your hand.
  • Threat Level & Dice Rolls: Roll a number of dice equal to the current threat level on the board to test your success for each card played. Resolve the effects based on your results.
  • Terror Phase: The abductor reacts by revealing a Terror card, immediately triggering a new unexpected event in the game.
  • Victory Conditions: You win the game if you successfully release at least half of the hostages, or if you capture or eliminate the abductor.

Une excellente découverte ! Le propriétaire est non seulement très sympathique, mais aussi passionné, disponible et de bon conseil. On sent qu’il aime ce qu’il fait, et ça se reflète dans l’ambiance chaleureuse de la boutique.
