In Peak Team, a cooperative game designed by Scott Almes, you play as a dedicated team of rangers tasked with protecting local wildlife. Between exploring lush valleys and scaling a towering mountain, your mission is clear: complete your objectives before your resources run out. But beware, in this wilderness, success doesn't depend on individual glory, but on your ability to anticipate your colleagues' needs.

Cooperative Drafting: The Anti-Leader Mechanic

The core innovation of Peak Team lies in its unique card-sharing phase. During the cooperative draft, you must split your hand in two and give your cards to your neighbors on the left and right. The twist? Table talk is strictly forbidden during this phase! This forced silence eliminates the "Alpha Player" effect (where one person dictates the strategy) and forces you to keenly observe your partners' missions to provide them with the most crucial movement capabilities.

Scalable Difficulty Through Levels

The game offers a tailored learning curve through a 5-level difficulty system. As you progress, the reserve becomes more demanding: you will have to deal with a fickle weather system, play as asymmetric rangers with unique powers, or clear impassable paths to complete special missions.
