Too much work, too much stress, and you finally snapped... You wake up inside a padded room: there is no doubt, you have been admitted to Doctor Pilule's clinic and you are about to undergo his revolutionary treatment. Your goal is to escape from this asylum as fast as possible! Unfortunately, the road to recovery is chaotic, and you are bound to suffer from a variety of hilarious side effects before regaining your freedom.
In this high-energy, interactive party game, players split into teams. During each round, roles dynamically reverse to keep the gameplay fresh and engaging: you will alternate between playing the Madman and his Imaginary Friend.
The core objective is straightforward: the Madman must successfully make their Imaginary Friend guess secret words before the timer runs out. However, Doctor Pilule's treatment introduces strict psychological and physical constraints—the side effects—that you must actively act out or incorporate into your speech while describing the words. Your ability to communicate through the madness will dictate your team's escape velocity!
